Chef Fatima Al-Rashid

Chef Fatima inherited her mother Hessa's passion for cooking from a young age. After training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, she returned to Dubai to carry on the family legacy. Her philosophy: cook with love, use the finest ingredients.
